Q: Where do I go to log in to Blackboard?
A: The Blackboard login page is: https://blackboard.cune.edu/
***PLEASE NOTE: Firefox is the best browser to use with Blackboard. Please do not use Internet Explorer with Blackboard.***

Q: Is there one place I can find all of the links I’ll need?
A: Concordia’s Intranet site has a list of links.

Q: I can log in to Blackboard but my course does not appear.
A: If you think you are assigned to a course but it does not appear in the listing, please send an email to helpdesk@concordia-ny.edu.

Q: When I try log in to Blackboard, I receive a strange error.
A: Please clear your cache and try again.

Q: I’m not seeing a course I should see on my Courses page.
A: Please contact the Registrar’s Office to see why you’re not attached to your course.
